Monumental Brass Quintet
Description:
This program is an exciting introduction to the brass family and to the art of listening. Creative in design and energetic in presentation, group members engage the audience in a fast-paced program highlighting how sound is created (with a piece played on garden hoses!) and how building music with melody and accompaniment yields infinite compositions. Culminates with a TV game show, “Guess the Real Composer.”
